Convenient downloads of 4.1

I'm getting ready to start my LFS system, but downloading the packages is becoming a major hassle. I plan on using the versions used in the book for my first interation, so it would be nice if I could download lfs-packages-4.1.tar, but nobody seems to be hosting such a file at present.

Does anyone know where I could find a tarball containing all of the files I need?

On a similar note, I also saw that LFS book is now available in hard copy, and one version comes with a CD. Does said CD contain all required packages? It might be worth the money, just to have to packages in one place...

Sorry, no such tarball exists at this time due to bandwidth constraints.

The CD contains all the packages yes.
