Thanks, but what I meant was official versions. I may have been wrong but i presumed that LFS would offer an official place to buy these things and I was at fault for failing to finding the location.
Not clear if it was removed deliberately or accidentally - probably something to ask the LFS maintainers, in case there's a reason for it.

Thanks mate. I just want a book I can hold.
I don't think it exists at this point. The things you brought up in regards to LFS are next level. Thank you for going that far and helping me to deliver that information.
I don't think there is an official store version (not that I could find). Another option is to do what I did which is to print the entire book (2 to a page) and then get it binded into a book format.
They used to. I know I had ordered one years ago but they may simply not do it anymore since people that want a physical book are fewer and fewer by the year. Why bother printing up X number of books when the odds are a good percentage will be stuck in inventory. I think of the MOD discs for older movies that I buy on DVD. They make the discs on demand. They don't have a whole storehouse for dvds that will likely never sell. Same concept. Books are far more involved than burning a disc though.

This is a great idea. They will bind damn near anything at an OfficeMax, Staples, OfficeDepot for a minor fee. (stores in the states. other places may have different store names / brands)
