Question Attaching an intel Hex file.

Hi,
I am a brand new Linux User.
Working on uClinux for Motorola 68328 Dragon Ball VZ Processor.
The system includes other processors. These processors are inter connected on a RS485 Network.

I want to program these processors using the 68328.

What I am trying to find out is how can I attach my intel HEX file into the Unix distribution, so that when the image.bin is generated it will automatically attach the .hex file with it, and once I run the code on 68K I will be able to access the .hex file as a "file",

Then I plan to read it as a file and then program the other processors on the 485 network.

The other processors are MSP430's and they have a bootloader code which allows me to communicate, and download programs.

My only problem is to make the hex file to the 68328VZ

any help in highly appreciated
Thanks
