apt whith LFS


I was woundering if a person cold add the debian package managment system to a LFS install

I'm not aware of any restrictions. All you need is the source code and the necessary libraries. I know people have installed apt-get on Red Hat systems; so there's nothing Debian-specific about it.

Here's the grain of salt: I've never used apt-get before myself. So I don't know if there are any potential gotcha's.
