ACL headers are not found in udisks-2.1.3 package of BLFS-7.6

I am using BLFS-7.6,i m at chapter-30(GNOME Libraries and Utilities).After untar of udisks-2.13 package,when i executed below commands:

./configure --prefix=/usr \
--sysconfdir=/etc \
--localstatedir=/var \
--disable-static &&
make

I m getting an error "configure: error: *** ACL headers not found."
And full error output i have attached below ...
Please guide me how can i resolve this error.

ACL is acl http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/

You should have also installed acl back in LFS chapter 6. Are you using the trunk-7.6 book or the systemd-7.6 book?
