yum repository


hi everyone,

i have installed rhel 5. i configures yum and installed EPEL as well.
i want to install oppenoffice , but when ever i run yum install openoffice* -y

It says not found.
i want to know the yum repository from where i can install oppenoffice.
and steps to setup repository in yum .

It should be in base or updates.

I assume you don't use a supported version of RHEL, in which case you should do a search for how to use CentOS repos. Otherwise install from the dvd you installed RH from.

# yum -y install openoffice*

Yum Syntax

yum <options> <command> <package name/s>

hii have tries yum -y install openoffice
