UTF ERROR ["../../../src/solaris/npt/utf_md.c":49]: Failed to complete iconv_open() s

Hi,

When trying to debug on a weblogic server the following error occurs:
UTF ERROR ["../../../src/solaris/npt/utf_md.c":49]: Failed to complete iconv_open() setup..

This is likely to be a problem with the iconv installation.
and shared library to convert UTF-8?

please give some pointers !!

Thanks in advance .
