unscheduled reboot every two weeks

I'm running Enterprise Linux Advanced Server 3 on a Dell PowerEdge 2850. For a couple of months now, the server has been rebooting precisely at 20:09 every two weeks. I've got no such task scheduled, so what gives? I've scoured the system logs and I do find all the usual signs of a routine reboot, but nothing indicating why. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Best,
Rex

I was wondering if you happen to have these systems setup with a UPS and if so, if they are configured to interact with the UPS for shutting down servers. Perhaps, the UPS is setup to reboot every two weeks, or to do a selftest that sends a shutdown signal to the server.
