unable to find appropriate drivers for lan card

Iam using RedHat EL4 ,i recently purchased a lan card from intex which falls in the series RTL 8139D .I downloaded a driver from intex website but it is given that it is compatible only with kernel version 2.4.x.But my kernel version is 2.6.x.Iam unable to find the appropriate driver anywhere on the net. Moreover there is no 'Makefile' in the download.Help me configure the lan card .
