Umtsmon

I was successfully able to connect the USB modem MAXON (Model BP3-USB)I was using Kinternet + Modem on SLED10 SP2.

I heard about the UMTSmon and it is simple and comes with SLED10 sp2 and in our company I decide to go ahead and use it, now if I use USB modem MAXON with UMTSmon I will get an erroe message says:

"No device could be found, the application will close, if you need more
information please re-run form the command line”

Now I decided to use different usb modem is called AirCard 880U, it pickups the USB modem and I could open UMTSmon interface.

On the menu of the UMTSmon when I click on Network adapter it shows 'Telstra Mobile - GPRS' (Telstar is managing Australia telecommunication)

Then I select the 'Telstra Mobile - GPRS' and connected.

Then I created my profile in order to login.

When I click Connect on UMTSmon menue it gets an error:

Connect failed, PPP could not make connection.

if I click on the error PPP stout and PPP stderr it says:

<<PPP did not provide any stdout or stderr information>>

The user name and password they all correct and this running on SLED10 SP2, any helps will really helpful, thanks for your time.
