type declaration in SELinux

hi,
would someone describe the line below?

type httpd_config_t, file_type, sysadmfile;

it is related to definition of a new type in selinux,
is the sysadmfile the alias?

Syntax of a type declaration is this :
type <typename> [aliases] [attributes];

in above the file_type is attribute ?
