Subversion - Share a Branch with outside source

Hello, I have an interesting thing going on and wanted to get some input from some people who regularly deal with subversion.

I have a subversion server with tons of stuff on it. We are doing some work with an outside company and I want to give the outside source access to one branch and to nothing else.

I am no subversion guru and would like to know how everyone else would go about this.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Never did it myself, but there is svnperms.py and svnperms.conf.example distributed with subversion
