Squid Proxy Server With Ncsa Authentication

hiya ppl

i have configured squid proxy server using ncsa authentication, and yes its working very well with user based restrictions now what i want is to have users change there passwords when there log onto there system same like how we do when we create a new user in linux n when the user logins in we email them or we give them option to chnage there password, so i want to know if its possible with ncsa authentication and if not to implement this which authentication should i use ?
