Hi. I hope this is an okay subject for an LQ posting... but I was wondering if anybody here had bought servermonkey refurbished servers and, in particular, ever had to make use of the warranty, and had a good/bad experience. The warranty terms are very generic (covers "electrical failure"), so I was wanting to hear from someone who wasn't a servermonkey sales person on how they had been treated. I always get extended warranty with refurbished equipment so it is rather important to me.
