how can we configure sendmail so that users can send/receive mails through outlook (POP3)from anywhere without entering their IP address as relaying address on our sendmail.

You mean you don't want to add your client's IP to "/etc/access" file on your mail (rely) gateway.

I am looking to do the same thing. Sendmail is giving 550 5.7.1 <user@email.com>... Relaying denied

Webmail works great, just SMTP from external. Is there a way to make it so valid users can send out emails. With out putting every IP in the "/etc/access"

Thanks

You can add the network instead of the individual hosts. For example:
Code:
192.168.1 RELAY
