Screen Savor won't unlock

Has anyone run into this using RHEL 5.1? I made some changes to my /etc/pam.d/system-auth file and added the following:

Code:
password requisite pam_passwdqc.so min=disabled,disabled,16,12,8

auth required pam_unix.so nullok try_first_pass

auth required pam_tally2.so deny=5 onerr=fail

account required pam_tally2.so
So by doing this, I'm gaining the right reaction of what I expect the accounts to do, but when a screen server comes on, the users password will not unlock the screen. What would be causing that?

Anyone run into this issue?
