RHEL_ES, How search and than install packages

There is any tools that search and than install new packages in Reh Hat enterprise 4.
I need graphic tool which is install packages.
I have used tool "Add and Remove package". But, there is not package search, only select...

It means:
Fisrt I search the package, that i want to install,
I need input name of package or word ...
After search , result will be show list of all packages which is included my input word.
Than I can select package which i want to install.
It will install package and related all packages.

I know like this tools are "Yast2-Software managment" in SUSE, "Zabom" in TurboLinux.

Please , .... help

no there aren't. Fedora has yum, but the enterprise version is not meant to be used in the same way really. you should be looking to build a solid reliable server and then simply maintain that. you shouldn't want to be adding and removing software etc...

redhat does have up2date on the redhat network, which will apply new updates to the system from redhat (when you are subscribed to the service) and you can use this to install other software not already installed, but only stuff that it already on your distro cd's, so presumably not necessarily what you are after.

centos, a redhat clone does include yum, so you could install that and use their repo's for free, but in that case you should just use centos in the first place.
