First thing you want to do is be patient. I can understand it's important to you but bumping your thread in such a short a period doesn't show respect for your fellow LQ members.

it will have high load when it run cronjob everyday and that time server not response a bit and back to normal.
Wouldn't you agree it is more efficient to tell us what the *contents* of the cronjob are instead of talking *about* it?

Here's what you do. Install atop and make sure it is configured to write output to a file with a low interval. Start it in /etc/crontab before /etc/cron.daily gets run and stop it after /etc/cron.daily finishes. Now you have process stats over the period /etc/cron.daily was run. Replay the stats checking CPU first then on I/O. Now you have an idea which parts of which jobs take up too much resources and you can search for ways to adjust it.
