RHEL: two newsworthy items - extended support, and RHEL4 EOL


Two things for RHEL shops (if you haven't already heard):

Red Hat has extended RHEL support three years, meaning both RHEL5 and RHEL6 have a full ten year life / support cycle.

RHEL4 is going out of support in a month. (See same URL above.) Get your migration plans started ASAP, laggards.

[ caveat: I don't work for RH. I am just some guy. Hopefully I'm not reposting something you all are well aware of. ]
