RHEL - system freezes (nonstop biiiiib tone)

My system p4 2.4Ghz, 256x2 ram, onboard display

Power ON My Pc.. Starting, no problem.
Starting RHEL and login screen no problem.

(about 4 hours later)

After 4-5 hours, I touch the keyboard keys nonstop biiiiiibb tone, that moment login screen root and password write keyboard but enter does not work.

sometimes after 4-5 hours, (sometimes nonstop[/B] biiiib sound does not)

example that moment, # shutdown -r now command apply. but no shutdown or restart.

system freezes (but keyboard running) , no process console, enter etc.
sometimes biiiiiiiiib sound

biib sound: no ram bios sound error etc.

You might want to check the RAM on your computer using something like memtest ( The BIOS RAM test only does a very elementary RAM check and won't find problems unless they are obvious. This could be due to a much more subtle RAM problem.
