RH AS3. Driver problem


So...
i'm using RH AS3 taroon update 3..
kernell is 2.4.21-47.EL
i have some problem with installing drivers for 485 serial interface board...
i've istalled it many times...but several days ago...our administrator had changed version of linux..
and now...when i compile driver...it doesn't want to include system kernell headers..
for example...
