Redirect local port

If there are two applications A and B in one Linux server trying to talk through different ports, for example, A writes to port 443, B only listens to port 8043. Is it possible to add rule(s) in iptables or somewhere to redirect the port 443 to 8043 locally?

Thanks,
James

Works after adding below line in iptables
-A OUTPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 443 -j REDIRECT --to-ports 8043
