problem with USB ISDN adapter


hi everybody !
i m getting problem with SIMENS USB ISDN adapter in RED HAT ENTERPRISE LINUX CORE 4. i tried to add this adapter from network device tab. i add it but when activate, it appears "ippp0 could not start this time". can u plz give me solution. my ISDN LINE and modem is absolutly fine.
