openldap and active directory

Hi,i have an openldap (kernel 2.4.32) and win2003 r2 enterprize. All account information (username, password etc.)is stored into openldap.I would like to import these into active directory.I exported all the database of openldap like filename.ldif , but i can't import this file into AD(propably wrong schema configuration).I also tried miis 2003 for metadirectory services with openldap management agent but with no success.I also tried to install openldap for windows and then tried to make the transaction but fail.I also tried UMRA program to do this but fail.
I am looking for a solution that can either import account information from openldap into AD or account synchronization.
Thanks.

Instead of trying to bring accounts over I would try to synchronize them. This should be easier. not sure how to synchronize them though.
