nitix - SBS connection problems

I am using a Windows Small Business Server 2003, and I would like to add a Nitix box to its domain (currently as a file server). However, when I try to add the file server to the domain, I get the samba error message NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED.

Any ideas from experienced Nitix users?
