New FTP Issue
Hello All,
I have FTP up and running although it isn't what I would like it to be (see below), and I now have this issue. Users upload their files to their public_html directory, and somehow in the process it makes their file "read-only" for the owner and no one else, which makes their web file (index in this case) display as "access forbidden". I have to constantly go into an FTP client as them and set the permissions to "read only" for everyone and the page displays. I am using Suse Linux Enterprise Server 9. Does anyone know what is going on, or what I have configured wrong? Thank you in advance, AceMan |
