Question NetworkManager issue with rhel6.1

Hello Friends,

In rhel6.1/6.2, I have configured active-backup network configuration with bond0.
ifconfig shows same ip address on all ethernet(eth0, eth1 and bond0).
when kill pid of NetworkManager and restarting network services only bond0 having ip address.

What may be the cause of this and what will be the correct configuration.

Kindly suggest.

ifconfig and Networkmanager exclude each other. You can use either alone but not both at the same time. Is that what you tried?

NetworkManager services needs to kill to get Ip on bond0 only.
