Reformat the exported user data as an LDIF and import into openldap. I don't know what your password situation is like. In some cases the password field might get tricky.

It sounds like you just signed a contract for a job you don't know how to do....

First, this is NOT URGENT for anyone here. We volunteer our time to help, so don't expect us to hurry up. Second, since this is **URGENT**, did you bother to check Google, or the Cyberoam knowledge base? First hit:
http://kb.cyberoam.com/default.asp?id=707&Lang=1&SID

Cyberoam appears to be a commercial product...why don't you try CALLING THEIR SUPPORT LINE, since it's **URGENT**???
