installed red hat enterprise in text mode. I need to uninstall samba & DNS
Good morning,
I'm still very new at this linux and networking administration i' still learning so many basics and i have to set up a web server. I used redhat enterprise and included afew things i wastold later that had to be removed. I need to un-installsamba and DNS. However i am in text mode and do not know how to do it unless i go all the way back using the disks and i have to finish today plus i still need to figure out how to set up my virtual hosts directives. Can somebady pleease help me ASAP.

it worked like a charm. I have learned something new today and that's always a good day! I vaguely remember hearing about rpm package manager. now i have manned it and can learn more about it and keep in my notes. I have a feeling this is going to be a long learning process for me and what ever help i can get along the way is more than appreciated. Thanx again - caligal
