Ingress Installation on Linux

I want to install Ingress database on Linux Advanced Server 3.0

The rpm files are created and the /home/ingres directory is created

But, we are not able to bring the database up and running .

There is a document titled 'BookShelf.pdf', but still we are not able to do it

$HOME/bin/iistart in Solaris and so I expect it would work in Linux as well. Its a shell script and you can find it.

However AFAIK the ingres folders MUST BE in "/usr/ingres" and so u might have to link the 2 folders.

End
