Could you explain what you're trying to do a bit more (what you've posted doesn't really make sense).

If you just want to use the HTTP server as a repository for your network install files, then there's nothing out of the ordinary that you need to do to it. Just copy all of the files from all of the CD's (4 I think?) to a location on the HTTP server, then when installing RH, point to that location as the source.
