Boot using the Windows installation CD and select something like recovery console. There should be an option to fix or repair the master boot record (fixmbr). Then, one you have Windows working, boot from the linux installation CD. There should be an option to fix, repair, or reinstall the grub bootloader. Then you should be able to boot into either windows or linux again.
