Free SSL Certificate???

where can i get free ssl certificate for my apache server. i know somebody will tell me to google. yes i've googled already but all i can see there are all the 30days only thing!. i want really free certificate even if its not an enterprise grade. i also dont want to use self signed as i need a third party certificate in my scenerio.
