Encounterd and error loading: /usr/lib/libqlsdm.so

Hi,

I'm trying to connect a Red Hat 4.0 update 4 to a DS4800 SAN but are encountering some problems.

I've installed the QLogic drivers and SANsurfer (with the remote agent).

When I try to start qlremote I encounter the following error:

Oct 18 10:09:27 lst01 HBAAPI[13457]: Encounterd and error loading: /usr/lib/libqlsdm.so
Oct 18 10:09:27 lst01 HBAAPI[13457]: HBA_STATUS: 12

Qlremote terminates.
Due to this error SANsurfer doesn't detect any hba's.

Any help/suggestions on how to solve this would be very welcome!

Make sure that libqlsdm.so is in the /usr/lib/ directory. If not, create a symlink to it.

Yes the file is present.
