Best practice for XEN in a enviroment?

My company is looking at using XEN for virtualizing of some of our red hat systems.

I know with VMware they have a very clearcut explanation of best practice for their systems (Such as how many network cards, SAN topology etc). I've done some searching I can't really find anything concrete for XEN/RHEL/CentOS

Can anyone direct me to something?
