an LUCI(CONGA) server error acuuring while configuring Clustering on RHEL 5.3


i Am trying to configure cluster system on RHEL5.3 Using Conga.
i have two different system both of running on rhel5.3 . i follows all the steps like installation of luci and ricci server . i also enables the ports using iptables for luci server.

but when i trying to configure the cluster on lusi web interface. the error is display on screen "An error occurred when trying to contact any of the nodes in the alpha cluster." i am not understand why this error message display on screen .i am also install the ricci service on other system.

please anybody tell me which step i miss before doing this ??
