Which board for embedded linux, RTLinux and OSEK + deals with windows on host?

Hello Everyone,

I'm kinda new to embedded operating system, and I'm gonna buy a board for practicing. The point is I'm gonna practice embedding Linux, RTLinux BUT also I wanna use it for OSEK, while all boards I found supports only Linux (especially Ubuntu)...

So, can you help me or recommend a board which:

1-Enables me to embed OSEK on it.
2-can be connected to windows (which is installed on host) normally.
3-I hope to be in medium to small price range.

* NOTEs: example for bad limitations I've noticed is: BeagleBoard Black accepts only 1-kind of LCDs which runs only on "One option is the BeagleBoardToys ULCD7 Lite, which has support in Angstrom".

on this link:

Thank you in advance
