openembedded, arm91sam9g20 and arm91sam9g25

Hello (and sorry for my English)). I need some help with openembedded building.

I have the openembedded distribution that is configured for arm91sam9g25 microprocessor. And the build outputs are the images for bootstrap, uboot, linux core and root file system. But I need to flash the linux core and root file system to the board with arm91sam9g20 microprocessor.

I don't understand is it necessary to reconfigure the project and rebuild it for arm91sam9g20 microprocessor? And how to do that?

The question had been appeared when I compared the memory mapping for these two processor and saw that the peripheral addresses were different.
