Not able to run this command "sudo apt-get install libdevil-dev" even after trying "apt-get -f install" getting below error message

I am not using Ubuntu myself, but I have some experience with Debian.

This looks like an error in the installation package. You could try to uninstall package libwayland-bin and then retry your installation.
