zvivered Member Registered: Sep 2007 Posts: 294 Rep:	Mechanism for interrupt report to user space What is the optimal way to report an interrupt caught by the kernel to a user space application waiting for it ? 1. Signals or... 2. Inverted calls: Application will write an ioctl request that will be answered upon interrupt. Thanks.
