Lightweight low-power Cortex-M SoC

Any extremely lightweight and low-power Cortex-M Series SoC?I want the lowest consumption of power but be able to run LXDE or E17 without any lag?40g<

You'll need to run uClinux in Cortex-M MCU. There are not many cortex-M boards with enough RAM.

You can check for some details.

Actually, I'm not sure if you ask about SoC or development board.
If you design the board yourself, 40 grams should be achievable of course depending on what you need on your board.
