How to make root file system gtk supported

I am using busy box for creating root file system ,I need a root file system which want support gtk,please tell me

Your question is quite ambiguous. Are you saying that you want a root filesystem that boots to a graphical (Gnome) UI? GTK is a toolkit for building a certain style of GUI. You can probably just install it with the tools provided in Busybox and a C/C++ toolchain.
Please clarify.
