glib-compile-schemas ?

For my project i need OpenCv, for that i need GTK so i need glib. I am trying to compile GLIB for arm but i have a problem because at a moment it doesn't find g-compile-schemas in my path. I have searched for google but i haven't find any solution. I have searched by find . -name without result . I have searched gschemas too without result.

How can i get it ?
