Embedded USB hub NOT detecting any usb devices

Hi,

I have a small board (arm) mpcore and I need to enable USB Host for the same. By this, I mean, when I connect the USB stick, it should detect the same.

The EHCI is enabled for the same and in the dmesg, I am able to see the Genesys Logic 4 port hub is detected. But when I connect my usb stick, I am not able to see any change in the dmesg. The output of lsusb -v is

Could anybody provide me any pointers on how and what to check?

First check if this hub really works. It means, connect it to a different machine, for instance your PC and test with the USB stick (or any other USB hardware you have).

Resolved. It was a hardware issue.
