Embedded ARM board suggestions?

I'm looking for simple ARM/MIPS based (Prefer to Cortex A5 or same) board.
I want to have MMU(that is why not Cortex-M), GSM/GPRS(no voicing is needed), GPS, external SD card, serial/JTAG for debug/develop. No WiFi/BT needs.

I wanna to run Linux kernel on it (not uCLinux).

Right now I think about something like PandaBoard plus Arduino-based GPS/GSM/GPRS via USB link, but this seems to be a big solution and it consume too many power.

You could buy a cheap tablet with your specs and disassemble it.
