Best SBC (fast boot times , gigabit ethernet)
 

As the title says , i want a suggestion on the SBC with fastest boot time (without gui)
requirements:
gigabit ethernet
fast boot times


My use case:
i want to connect 2 logitech c920 webcams to the board and have them streamed over ethernet.

Boot time has more to do with distribution than hardware. Something using systems or init-ng would probably be what you want. As for the specs you want, read.
