Question ALPS touchpad with SPI interface can not work in relative mode!!!

I got an ALPS touchpad with SPI interface and develop a simple driver to test on ThunderSoft Drop5.0.
This touchpad could work in absolute mode and report absolute coordinate to input-subsystem, but it could not work in relative mode.
I had switched it to relative mode and report relative coordinate to input-subsystem.
Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks.

driver, linux
