hey guys while trying to install Xandros 3 my monitor turns off, after it says that configuring devices is done, my monitor turns off, and never turns on again during the installation. Anyone knows how to fix it?
AMD Athlon XP 2500+
1.83 GHz
512 RAM
Optiquest Q95 monitor
NVIDIA nForce2 mother board NF7 series
Maxtor 200 GB
GeForce 4 Ti 4800 Se

Xandros 2.5 did the same thing on my parents computer during install. I assumed it was because xandros switched to a higher res. than the monitor could display, therefor making it turn off. Is your monitor old? What is it's max res? If you have another monitor, try using that and see what happens.

It must just conflict with the video card. Thats all i can think of. I guess i would just find another distro unless someone else can solve the problem.
