Here's the thing: over the years the installers change, expert mode stays with the most options.

If you don't wanta click a few extra times and just want to be lead go ahead...

It's been years since I've installed this stretch/sid so you'll just have to try (maybe* a VM) and see?

It was a bad question. Of course I know what expert options are. I should have asked which are the expert options you need in order to correctly configure your machine.
