Which will make an impact?

Which linux distro do you think will make the biggest impact, do you think it will be Ubuntu? Is there another distro that you feel will help penetrate the market?

What sort of impact do you mean? Redhat has made a major impact on the server market. SuSE and Ubuntu have made a pretty substantial impact on the Linux desktop market.

If you're asking what Linux distro will become a mainstream desktop OS, I'd have to say none. Windows will likely remain the most commonly used desktop OS for many years simply because that's what ships on most PCs and the majority of users out there are used to it and aren't interested in learning anything else.
